Bulevares, accesos a carreteras, puentes, zona centro: bloqueados.

Reynosa, Tamaulipas.-Este martes por la mañana todo parecía normal, sólo el clima lluvioso podía empañar lo que pintaba para ser un martes como cualquiera, sin embargo conforme pasaban las horas, el caos y la desesperación de familias enteras mostraban un Reynosa diferente, de bloqueos, muertos y heridos.

8:00 am: Las cadenas televisivas a través de sus espacios de noticias matutinos ampliaban su pauta de información para enlazar a corresponsales del noreste del país e informar a la ciudadanía acerca de la llegada de manifestantes a los puentes internacionales, el puente Reynosa-Hidalgo y Reynosa-Pharr era bloqueado en su totalidad por unidades de taxis.

8:25 am: A bordo de microbuses, manifestantes bloqueaban los bulevares Miguel Hidalgo a la altura de la calle Herón Ramírez, aleatoriamente en las cercanías de la sede regional de Caminos y Puentes Federales ( CAPUFE) era totalmente cubierto por microbuseros que, en medio de la calle, apagaban los motores de sus unidades, cercando el perímetro.

9:00 am: Se reporta un enfrentamiento entre civiles armados y elementos de las Fuerzas Federales a la altura de la escuela primaria Felipe Carrillo Puerto para terminar cerca del Instituto Politécnico Nacional, en la calle Elías Piña de la colonia La Cañada; también se habló de una granada de fragmentación que estalló cerca de la primaria Francisco Nicodemo del mencionado sector.

9:25 am: La manifestación-bloqueo en los puentes internacionales pretendía subir de tono a grado de tomar la presidencia municipal cercana a la protesta, a lo cual, empleados municipales recibieron la orden directa de no abandonar el Palacio Municipal ni dejar entrar a ningún manifestante.

10: 00 am: El alcalde Oscar Luebbert Gutiérrez daba continuidad a su agenda de trabajo para el transcurso del día de hoy, y dirigirse al centro social La Cucaracha en donde había citado a los medios de comunicación de la localidad, así afinar un acuerdo de competitividad que permita enfrentar los retos de su gobierno y mejorar la imagen de la ciudad.

10:32 am: Cerca del hospital del IMSS del bulevar Hidalgo, se registraba otro presunto tiroteo, lo que obligó a estudiantes y practicantes de medicina a concentrarse en una unidad contigua al hospital de zona.

10:47 am: Se suspendía el evento de competitividad dirigido a la prensa por el gobierno municipal, y el edil de Reynosa Oscar Luebbert Gutierrez era trasladado del evento por su equipo de seguridad ante la detonación aparentemente de granadas explosivas a metros del recinto, la preocupación de los anfitriones del evento no tardó en reflejarse en sus rostros, en particular del secretario de desarrollo económico Armando Zertuche Zuani quien en expresiones mencionó la afectación de lo anterior en la función que representa.

Familias enteras entraron en caos, las balaceras registradas en Reynosa se escucharon en colonias aledañas, los padres de familia buscaban la forma mas rápida de llegar a las escuelas de sus hijos, la ciudad entera se mantenía en alerta.

Existen varios puntos de la ciudad en las que se encuentran unidades varadas, entre ellos trailers, camiones escolares fracturando la vialidad sin ningún motivo aparente.

Hasta el momento ninguna autoridad ha dado información de los hechos, sin embargo las unidades mixtas de elementos de la AFI y los militares se encuentran realizando rondines en distintos puntos de la ciudad .

La alcaldía de Reynosa se encuentra vigilada por al menos 4 unidades de la policía local y varios elementos armados.

Este día de caos en Reynosa se suma a otros hechos ocurridos en las principales avenidas de la ciudad de Monterrey, Nuevo León, en Matamoros, Miguel Alemán y Camargo, además de otros puntos en el país, en los que de nueva cuenta, surgieron las protestas ciudadanas a bordo de taxis, microbuses, y vehículos particulares, en reclamo por la presencia de tropas federales y militares.
